oh my i forgot that i had a password for this but now i have found it again, so all is well...


...well on a quick note, I'm going to be setting up a new blogger account and hope fully having that as my base (for the mo) for my web comic, i did something for 24 hour comic but it's not done yet, got a vague idea of what to do...


So it's all good, just got no money that's all....

Whoo! Crunch time!

My hands, man. My hands are like claws from all this printing and folding and cropping and stapling, and I've not even started on the bookmarks yet. I'm so good at this!

The dudes who are making my badges have had some kind of Problem which has delayed my order, so unless drastic alternative measures can be found, I might not be bringing those particular shinies. Ah well. S'not a proper con if something doesn't go wrong, eh?

Badges, Bookmarks, Excitement, Oh My!

As of today, I have a loverly stack of Very Small Monsters bookmarks to bring to London with us, for you to treasure and enjoy! Or put in books. Whatever you like, really. There'll be a mixture of the dozen-or-so strips from the archive and some fun new stuff made special for the Thing. This is a favour to you because I like you.

I've put in an order for some neat pixel art badges as well; I might do some non-pixel stuff if time and finance allows.

Hello...

Hello It's Nikki, first time on here so give me a little time and we'll be away.

So kids can't wait for this comic con thing in march...but not alot to take so far, which means i'll have to slog my arse off, booo .

But on a brighter note i went to a thing on at birmingham in whivch i met Jon Burgerman and Pete Fowler...(lovely peeps), in short had a good time and got loads of free crap... here is a piccy of us at the event

Erm so yeah, at uni pretty much slow going at pres, but hopefully i'll get somat done.

working on some sort of charms in which i hope to sell and maybe a compolation comic of some of my works, my comic skills need abit of tunning..

Metal and Spite preview pages

Here's the first three pages from Metal and Spite: A Series of Non-Events From Dave Will Never Be King, one of the comics I'll be bringing down for the Thing. A very crude version of this came with us last year, but I've recently been tweaking it up to wicked sharpness. Even these pages do not fully represent its final majesty! Crazy goodtimes await!

Sorry for the hideous Blogger template look; I'll be tweaking this into something presentable over the next [indeterminate period of time]. This is a temporary blog for me and my homeslivers to show off our stuff in the run-up to the UK Web and Minicomix Thing on March 17th (be there...or don't), a top event for small-press comickers and fans alike, which I heartily encourage you to attend if you're able. We'll be posting up stuff for your looking-at pleasure in the weeks approaching the event, and probably some photos and stuff afterwards.
